Neither did I to be honest, Does make a bit of noise through the higher revs when you give it some, but now my exhaust slightly drowns it a bit, although you can hear it sucking in the air when you are going for it! ha! Cheers mate!

Did you run the cold feed to it? I first ran it without the feed and it was pretty loud, once I've done the feed it was only noticeable at high revs. Performance wise it didn't do much, just picked up revs a bit quicker when needed. But not highly noticeable.

Il get a pic from my comp tomorrow, if I've still got it there lol. On the phone now..

I will try get a pic up for you mate! And a did yes mate I have the cold air feed running into it although I need to slightly adjust the angle as my induction kit is rattling off my bonnet, I had to move it to the side slightly as I have modified the engine cover so it fits back on just need to spray it as the first attempt was shocking! haha!

Yes the bay wasnt clean but anyway lol, frist pics, ran the cold feed, then realised that im running it ontop of a HOT pipe, so the last pic as you can see has heat proofing on the feed.

If i still had the induction now, id buy an extension for the cold feed and run it somwhere down to the fog light or 1 of the lower grills, following the side of the car to avoid as much heat as possible!

Hope this helps, one of yours is an 8V isnt it, so would look different

I haven't got the kit anymore, sold it a while back as I didn't feel much need of it. But il go through the steps.

Induction came with an elbow silicone pipe to engine from kit, I have cut a cm off the elbow for the kit to sit lower & fit under the engine cover. As for the engine cover, the bottum part was taken off and left at home. Cold feed doesn't have to be air tight, it just needs to channel cold air into the intake

i got a 1.4s and wondering if the same thing can be done as the piping for the airfilter atm runs down the left side of the engine.

Sorry been busy all day but this is how I fitted my induction kit in order to get the engine cover back on unlike Litcan91 I modified the cover itself. I do apologize for the shody paint on the cover the first time spray went wrong so it will be getting resprayed red soon, and the engine bay will be getting a good clean,
But anyway heres a photo.

Little updated:

Ordered some bit and bobs to brighten up and dress up the engine bay:

Engine Dressing kit
Red paint (To sort out that shody paint work on the engine cover)
New cold air feed

Also order some swirl remover to see what it can do for the paint work.

Also had two new front tyres put on Parada Spec 2, Although there is slight controversy on what these tyres are like... So far I am loving them car seems much more responsive and is that bit more stuck to the road.

Once dressing kit and air feed have arrived photos after installation will be put up!

So although the paint has not arrived yet, All the dressing kit and the air feed also came

Heres a photo of the engine now:

Now just for the paint to come to finish of the engine cover then a nice steam clean to freshen everything up!

Cheers man! Its just a dressing kit so its like piping that covers the orginal pipes cheap but effective ha! And Paint is on the way! Getting it done red and have black paint already, the Idea was to spray most of it red aswell as the numbering, and the glossly plastic spray that black, also going to spray the battery cover aswell!
