Possibly a silly question but is there some sort of trick to getting a primary user setup on the car? Follow the steps with the two keys being present and all looks to go through then the next time in the car tells there’s no primary user assigned.

After setting all this up at the dealers yesterday before leaving, mine jumped from the Primary User to Guest for some reason after stopping for some pics. Re-done the set up and everything now seems fine. Guessing you have a data connection okay?

I did .. I sold the car and bought a bmw. Unfortunately I never found a solution which involved keeping the Leon.. sorry mate
