Hi I have now got enough post to show off my pride and joy
Like to see what you guys think as I've been doing this build for 6 months and is being remapped as we speak !

The spec;

1.9L 20vt
aeb big port head ported and gasflowed
garrett gtx3071r .83 tial exhaust housing
tsr tubular manifold
tial mvr44
wossner 82.5mm pistons
i.e connecting rods
arp head and main bolts
gates reinforced cam belt
sachs paddle clutch smf
quaife diff
tarox 6 pot brakes
forge front mount intercooler
custom 3" downpipe and full 3" exhaust
vibratechnics engine mounts
siemens deka 630cc injectors
custom made 4" intake
toyo r888
coilovers
Bosch 044
Swirl pot
Big ITG air filter 4"
Wideband ecu fitted with egt
Battery relocated to boot

Next is valves they will get done when I get the car back from mapping as I now have to money

Is that just the normal bolt on forge fmic if so that will hold the power back massively

I'm not sure what I will get hopeing for around 400 as don't wana go to mad on standard pistons. Who's mapping urs

Looks good mate, another proper build like chris^^, what sort of power and torque figures you expecting? Have you done all the work yourself? Who is doing the mapping for you?

I would have thought you would have got that then if you have all the right supporting mods
And TSR performance are mapping my car for me,

And the power will be 500bhp @1.8bar not sure about the torque tbh should be better than a 1.8 as mines a small 1.9 82.5mm bore 1.5 overbore

Yeh should be nice power for the road 500 would be insane tho. What sort of rpm do you expect to get 1.8 bar. That's what bill is mapping mine to aswell

Yeah 400 will be good one the road, you got a lsd ? Errm not too sure as I have the .83 turbine housing as I'm getting valves soon that's why I went for that housing but around 4250-4500 I would have thought maybe earlier being slightly bigger engine as that's what std 1.8t are around
You going to any shows / events as would be cool to see another fellow mk3 gtx

I to have got the biggest exhaust housing. I may be where about ate you from. I went for the bigger housing as have super tech valves springs and retainers. No haven't got a diff and running a mk4 golf box currently

500bhp will be crazy haha. What are these turbos good for?
Have you any other plans once the mapping is done? I hope we are going to see some vids omce you get it back

Yeah it will be ermm ill be changing the valves as soon as I get it back and then I don't know really maybe stroke it and then leave it alone I think
