I remember asking whether you could put a boost controller in there instead, but i think the answer was a very scientific no :(

If you are looking to smooth out boost spikes you can run a MBC in parralel with the N75, i am running the forge Unos MBC with the N75 and it let me stop the car from hitting 1.8bar spikes.

I guess the real question should be, why do you want to run without and N75?
Btw, some of the BT guys remove the N75 and do the boost calculation off airflow, its not the norm though.

It's not that I want to just wondered if there's benefits that's all it's the n249 that contols boost I thought I no the n75 does to but thought the 248 was tha main one? I'm guessing wouldn't be a good thing todo then? :)

i am wanting to do the n249 bypass too. but did you remove all of those components ?

i suspect i am loosing some pressure to trough the forge 007 DV. (orderd a synapse BOV now) but also wanted to test it with the n249 bypass

is this a good way ? http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=215866

and what other things improve with that ?

Why would you think you are loosing boost through your dv, maybe you need to run a different spring or shim, test it for leaks.Only time I ever seen a forge dv leak was when one of the o-rings split.

well i was leaking some what boost because in 6th gear half throttle it was whining.

so reserviced the forge valve en it was good for 1 month and it happens again. when i opend the dv to install a yellow spring. the piston again was carved in so i am not so keen on the 007 anymore...

and also when i give throttle back and step on the gas again it somethimes stays open. so no boost...

Ive put a switch on to esentially disable the N75 sam if thats what you remember reading... as said, it just makes the car run with less boost - useful if youve got lead weights in your right shoe and moths in your wallet!
