I've used to use them when I had my Mondeo.
Good BUDGET tyres that's all. Can't really compare them to PZero. Completely different class and 2 times cheaper. I wouldn't stick them on powerful car tbh.
Budget tyres belong on budget cars. Do yourself and your car a favour and stick to premium brands. Youll need to up your budget to £400 at least for 18" rims. I feel your pain, I paid over £350 for two tyres.
Ive used them and they are ok and hard wearing the only prob with them is the side walls crack after abit but im talking 2-3 years on my moms car . I very much doubt any of us on hear will have a set of tyres for that long . Failing that my local tyre shop is supplying and fitting maxxis tyres for the same price as the nankangs i would defo choose them over nanka
I've always stuck with Pirrelis, never had a problem with them. Last time i bought some they were £130 each from Kwik-Fit, and that was a bargain at the time. As said before, you cant skimp on tyres, especially for a high performance car. It's peace of mind, and think of it as an investment. For the amount of time you'll have them, they would've paid for themselves.
I have them on my Cupra and well...........
They are excellent tyres for the money ,they have redone the compound and are nothing like the old reviews , I have had falkens , vereds ,Pirelli and they are every bit as good tbh.
You might just get some Kumho's for that, I'd have the Falken's over the Nakgwangs anyday.
For anyone who's a Michelin fan they have an offer on (£50 on 18") until the end of July at the moment to try to shift some tyre's, details on there website. .
Rather than start a new thread ill jump on the back of this one, (sorry)
I need Good alternatives to p zero rosso 17s. Im not desperate and i highly rate the tyre never let me down wet or dry. but i might need somthing that lasts longer and abit quieter would be nice (if that exists!) Price shouldnt matter if they last longer if that makes sense
I have experienced nankangs on a friends car a while bac and they were ok in the dry but treacherous in the wet, not much good for our current climate
I have the original bridgestone potenza re050a tires on my lcr and they are still going strong after 13k
They seem to offer a good balance of performance/ longevity/ price.
