Navigon Pid change from Skoda to Seat???

Hi,
New to the Forum, so please be gentle.
Just bought a 2013 Ibiza for my daughter, and got a Navigon Pid, but it is set up as Skoda! How can I change it to Seat please anyone?? I have tried a hard reset, and I have tried creating a text file branddevice.reg in the root directory, and changing usersettingsdevmode file to active 1 as I have seen elsewhere but it does nothing.
Please help!!!
