I have a Seat Ibiza (early 2021) with MIB3, purchased 2 years ago. During this period, I’ve experienced several issues with the SOS button. The only temporary solution has been to press and hold the SOS button for 10 seconds, which resolves the problem.
When I checked the telematics module with OBDeleven, I noticed that it is running an old software version (0035). From what I understand, the latest software version available for my hardware is 0143.
Does anyone know please how to update the module to this latest software version?
