Update: before I went to obtain the USB C drive, navigation of my car updated itself. Which is sweet (25.1 now). Running 1969 smoothly (skipped 1940).

Did you find the right one as mines on software 1790 so desperate for an update
Have you got an OTA to get past 1790 yet?

I got a 2021 SEAT Leon eHybrid FR recently and that is on 1780 currently.

I managed to get setup as primary user and it is connected to my house WiFi but no OTA yet

I have a 2021 Cupra Formentor and have never managed to get the car updated as it's currently on 1790 and i'm currently having issues with the ACC and hoping the dealer will update everything to try and fix the modules but got told over the phone that they don't just update firmware without permission from the manufacturer's approval :(

@ali1997 @acsutt Did either of you get this sorted?
I am a primary user, I have linked my car to the new "My SEAT" app and I connected the car to my Phone's WiFi hotspot and still no OTA update?!
Stuck on 1790!
Tried manually updating with an update from mib-helper and got "A variant conflict occurred!" with the part it's upset about it being "SE-MQB-LG" instead of "SE-MQ2-LG".

@skater.ash I had to put mine into seat to be updated to a middle ground update then to the latest at the time now it does OTA updates mine wouldn't even let me become primary user due to being that far back in updates. Be careful updating yourself as could brick the infotainment is what I was told mine was done under seat used car warranty. Sorry I couldn't be of any more help. If your connected to the app should receive updates they can take a while to come through from what I have seen.

My Leon has been nothing but issues since I bought it clutch squeaking since had a new one makes a brake screech on gear changes definitely not the brakes. Now the 12v battery is dying 🙄

Sorry you're going through that - mine has been mostly okay apart from the software bugs (thinks I'm undercutting in the fast lane sometimes).
The cheekiest part is I've asked them to check to update the car the past 2 times I had it serviced at Seat - I just forget to check they've actually done it!
