Need Help! How to Remove front bumper for flushing/paint

I have a mark 2 seat ibiza 1.4 sxe.. I'm planning on smoothing the front bumper where the reg plate sits. I just want to know how to remove the front bumper from the car? All comments welcome. Thanks

Best place to start would be to get the screws out from the side of the bumper the ones that go through the wheel arch liner. Also take out the grill bit i'm not too sure if there are screws under there but best to check. The bumper will slide forward, don't pull it to the side or you risk cracking the paint. Also not sure if there are screws under the headlights on these.

Should be pretty much self explanitory once you get going mate

Alrite cheers mate.. i had a look under the bonnet, yes i need to take the grill out to get a better look.

*take grill out
*undo bolts underneath where grill was
*take off screws from the arch
*take off lower grill, and undo bolts in there

off comes off the bumper

*cut off tiestraps
*pull the wings out to get the bumper out of them and cut your hands to peices
*undo all the gaffa tape
*drop bumper on the floor

off comes off the bumper
