has anybody used this?? my thermostat is on its way out so have looked into this as a replacement. is it worthwhile getting or am i better opting for an oe item??

I have this fitted to my car along with the Neuspeed 180 degree fan switch, just means the car is kept cooler and the cooling fans kick in earlier than normal, I think is a good thing in summer and being stuck in traffic. I would fit the both together but its up to you, you would also need to buy the connector kit also. Hope this helps.

cheers for the info mate. am i wrong in thinking that the fan will kick in more frequently when sitting in traffic?
