Morning people.

just after some peoples views about alloys.

I have a Gray LCR and really want to change the standard wheels over to a TVR style. Yes I know many people out there think that Standard wheels look best, and I have to agree that they do look fantastic. Just fancy a change.

These are what i have found.

Prefer the silver HEI's out of those three... not sure about grey rims on a platinum LCR and while I love rims with a bit of a dish I can't help thinking they won't suit the Leons shape!

Will they fit over your brakes ok?

there all 8"x18" so should fit. Its not set in stone that im changing them, but just intrested in changing them.

Think your right about the dark ones, might look real crap.

you need to confirm they fit though mate as the vast majority dont , have only found 2 wheels that claim to fit and wheelbase told me they tried 1 of those and it didnt.

Personally I like the stock lcr rims....

But, if changing them I prefer in order

If think the dark rims on grey leon look good, have a search of MDS's leon he has dark rims on silver car, and it looks great, IMHO.

The second ones were the ones I would have changed to when looking a few years ago, but never found out if they fitted.
Go for it, if they fit, it would be good to see what they look like on a LCR
Shame it not black, the best colour;)

I have the Force 10's on the LCR. :) Only fitted a couple of weeks ago. They are 7.5x18
The Gun Metal ones as well.

They are not as dark as any of the pictures show which was a little disappointing but they are still very nice. I have a Luna Grey.

Additonally they are not a straight fit due to the offset (ET45). You will need 20mm spacers to clear the brembos. 15mm spacers are very tight and with the 20mm's you have at least 4-5 mm clearence.
I got 20mm hubcentric spacers all round and the handling is fine (No vibs either). Due to the offset difference it only puts the wheels 13mm further out than standard. A few peeps are running 10mm spacers on standard wheels anyway. :)
