well after past 2 years driving ED30's and R32's
ive decided £445 road tax on V6's and 20mpg on average is starting to eat me alive
been looking for something with DSG but not so much a step down
with tuning potential and low running costs

considered the new polo GTI but felt i see more females behind the wheels of them whether GTi or not

looked into these boca's and simply fell in love, spec for a 1.4 is unreal
wanted it in dakota red simply being i feel the paintwork looks nicer being metallic opposed to a flat candy white and it was an extra few quid to have it in red

Part exchanged my Black ED30 straight swap for this
had every option avail - panaramic roof, spoiler, reverse sensors, convienience and winter pack, upgraded seat sport brakes, xenons, armrest, ipod, usb and Aux, bluetooth
and protected by ventureguard

will post pics once i upload them

Welcome

Hi and welcome from a Cupra owner in Spain.

I agree, the performance from a 1.4 is unreal. For me it seems even better because I've been driving a Hyundai Getz 88CV diesel for 4 years. It only had 3 cylinders - I reckon they had to take one out to save money. The Getz also handles like a blancmange on stilts with caster wheels duck-taped to the bottom.

Get posting so you can put links to pictures on your posts...:D
