Have noticed this week that the JCT 600 Mazda/Chrysler dealership on Denby Dale Road, Wakefield, has filled it's front row of pre-owned display vehicles with Seats (about 10 altogether), so I am wondering if they are about to become a Seat Dealers too ???
Any one got any knowledge ???

Yep, Was down there last week as needed to have a chat with the parts dept. Dropped into the sales bit and the very nice chap told me they've just got the franchise to run half of the sales shop as Chrysler and half Seat. They've got an Ibiza FR in the showroom but they've also got a Leon FR in red and Leon Cupra K1 in silver both very tidy!!! The chap said they've only been open a couple of weeks as seat and they've sold a few already... better than the chrysler!!!

Seemed nice enough!

Nice..had dealings with them on several occasions over the years (and in various different guises, but mainly as Rover dealers), and have always found them to be very helpful :D:D

Thats right. It was Thornes Seat then i think. They were poor though in my opinion.

Couldn't agree more. Tried twice to buy an LCR from Thornes when they were still in business. Because of their ignorant, patronising sales staff I went elsewhere.

Nearly bought an RX8 last year from JCT600 Wakey. Only reason I didn't was it was massively overpriced and even after a lot of haggling was still £1-£2K more than anywhere else.

Year old K1 at over £20K? They really are having a laugh, aren't they. What credit crunch! lol.

My mate bought his LCR from them 5yrs ago, it's still going strong now. It's the longest he has ever had a car for lol before wanting to swap it.

I remember having some work done by them for a warranty claim and they gave me a Chrysler Neon. What a rubbish car that was lol.

I got my Leon from Thornes after being disapointed with the sales dept at JCT in Bradford.

I'm not suprised they went under the sales & service side wasn't great. I swore I'd never go back to JCT, Richard Alexander in Huddersfield didn't seem to want to sell cars when I was looking for the Altea.

Ted J's in Barnsley is well worth the extra miles for sales and service. That's where I'll keep going.
