New Key!!!

Hi, I have an 03-reg Ibiza 1.4 SE and only have one remote key.
I need another key because the remote one is already in use and I will need a key. I don't want to use the only remaining key in case I lose it, and because it is an awkward manual one and I manage to set the alarm off with it.
So I was wondering if anyone knew of the best way to get a new one???
A flip key would be nice but don't know if that would work in the car???

I can't post any links or pics but there is a sticky thread with all the info you need.

But basically, search eBay for seat/VW flip key. (get one with a blank/uncut blade)
2 or 3 button, doesn't matter, 433 or 434 MHz again doesn't matter.

Pop open both keys (new one from eBay & the spare)

Swap over the little chip (this is needed so the new key will work with your car)
(get your new blade cut at a keycutters)

Finally pair the new fob with your car, you'll need the original key in the ignition with the engine running. Lock the door with the new key, remove the key then press unlock (new key). The horn will toot wait about 5 second and press unlock again, & you should have a new key.
