Hi ppl getting my new Leon FR TDI, Black, 18" alloys, Crome Mirrors tomorrow been waiting only 4 weeks so very pleased it came so quick, I would recommend The Deal Negotiator as there was no hassle apart from they couldn't get a rear spoiler due to a backlog of orders. Could anyone help me find one or maybe an after market one, the only problem i have is that im unable to have it fitted during the week due to work and can only do weekends would be grateful for help, maybe from a Seat Dealer. Many thanks ppl.

There seems to be a problem with dealers getting the bodykit parts, my side skirts (Aero kit) have been delayed and are now only coming about the middle of June.

If you want other spoilers there is a thread on bodykits on page 2 or 3 of this forum I htink. I have tried to price or source various aftermarket ones and the heapest was an Ibherdeisgn spoiler from a dealer in NI, it was about £100 and the next cheapest was the ABT Sportline, my favourite (about £190) unpainted of course, from a dealer in Bucks I think.

Seat will charge you £375 (incl vat and paint and fitting) for the Aero spoiler.

Hiya,

well done, am sure you wont be disappointed. I am still waiting for my FR TFSI, waiting 2 months now, a few weeks more.

From what I have read (and i am not an expert by any means) in previous threads the motors are run in quite a lot before being installed in the car, so you dont need to be that careful about running the engine in. i think as long as you dont redline it all the time you should be ok to put your foot down a few times and get to have a bit of fun :D .

Best I get on mine is high 40's low 50's on motorway and high 30's to low 40's on normal roads. I travel approx 30 miles to work with around 50% being motorway.

Don't drive it like a granny as I found the mpg has improved loads once over 10k miles and it pulls better also.
