New project ( urgent help)

I Had started for a new project for my car but something is still missing in it some info needed
first i'll introduce my car
my car is ibiza 94 with a 1.4 half injection motor
i installed a VW motor CODE ABF 2000cc 16v with a 2E suspensions and brakes and so on
now i need some info for installing an exhaust system and a gas pump
how inch should be the exhust system is 2.25 or 2.50
2nd how many bar do i go for the pump
any suggestions for me will be great
and please i have low informations about anything and i dont wanna the mechanics to do something wrong

Hi

I think the downpipe diameter is 55mm.

The fuel pump will be the same as the one in the car (but will run at 3bar I think)

Yup, fuel pump is the same.
