So a while ago I wanted to see if I could update my car's map data and found this forum thread:
Updating the inbuilt Mib2 Satnav / Mib2 tricks and Mib1
Downloaded the maps from there, followed the procedure and it worked. But after installing it on the SD card I noticed it was a map that doesn't include Germany.
Thought it would be nice to see actual coverage of a downloaded map. And I also wanted to try out if opencode was any good at the same time.
Anyway, I ended up having opencode create an actually usable map coverage tool (with some instruction from me) for the PC which can also update your SD card.
Used it on my own car and i worked fine.
