Shaggy's FR TDi I do like the look of the MK2. The mods are looking sweet keep it up.
Here's mine she's the 2017 FR 150. Only 3 weeks old and I'm loving every drive I have.

Very nice. I did have a 10 plate facelift FR DSG PADALS. That was so quick on gear changes. Left all at lights lol. I did 19k in 10 months driving around Southend area. But lost job so she went back. Good thing really as gearbox was starting to get loud lol. Best to use them manually and remap the gearbox to give full control, I.e no auto change down when slowing down.

Did have this for ten months till lost job but did do 19000 miles in that time. DSG great fun. Even launched her of a pillon when lost control. That bit error especially at 110 mph lol

Disappointed though as 10 didn't have heated seats, auto dim mirror, auto wipers or headlights. Did have horrid mirrors which I changed to pre facelift, looks better.

Very shiny! Amazing example of the mk2. Nice colour, btcc kit looking good shame about mirror cover, look bit out of place, also if she bit lower by 30mm max would make her so desirable. No offence ment as she stunning now it's those finer touches that will complete the look.

Yeah when I was originally looking at cars I was going to get the FR tech and get a bespoke diffuser and exhaust set attached but I was at the dealer about to sign off on buying one outright for 17k I think it was then someone else swooped in online as I was haggling so in the end I leased
The spoiler, skirts and alloys are all part of the "Titanium pack" as well as the wing mirrors being a different colour. I've done a few bits with obdeleven and changed the boot struts to make it open itself, thought about wrapping the roof and mirrors black but I don't know, too many ideas not enough money or desire to annoy my leasers but I get a bonus from work next month so who knows what might happen
Yes the mirrors do need changing, I was thinking of doing them the same colour as the car and as for lowering I'm undecided on that.
The lowering of yours is look for springs or coilovers with least amount of drop. I've seen some coilovers that are 20mm front 30mm rear. Much lower and may have issues with speed bumps.

Like the idea of auto tailgate opening. Gonna look into that for mine. But never have enough cash to do all id like to.. at no I'm changing both subframes, managed to find on eBay £30. Now painting parts ready to fit this weekend. Think red bit to much so I'm undecided on what to do black. Could do tubing or the parts that have suspension arm connected.
