newbie after help!! leon fr tdi problems with boost

Hi all first timer here.
Im after some help with my leon fr tdi 170 ive owned it for a few months but it seems it doesnt want to rev past 3.2k it just stops pulling and stutters, its also alot worse when engines cold. Checked with vcds no codes stored and never hit limp mode, no smoke, idles fine and starts fine.

Now ive tried a few things i thought might help but with no luck, ive checked the maf sensor and seems to be ok, fitted the smaller ibiza egr gasket, checked the actuator by sucking on the vac pipe and it does move what i think is the full length, also the dpf light came on very often so me thinking it was blocked up causing the issue i had this removed and a remap and although it does pull alot harder at 2k upto 3k it still stops the power at say 3.2k.
A friend told me my turbo could be clogged and to use some forte diesel turbo cleaner so ive tried that and it kicked alot of black smoke out the exhaust now cleared after using the tank up, the engine sounds good, the turbo sounds good no problems starting in mornings nor any smoke.
im now baffled can anyone help or shed light?

What did you use to clean the turbo?

have you checked for boost leaks? that would of been my first port of call. did you get a print out with your remap and the graph to show the power curve?

You need to get it on the datalog session.. You could be looking at potential turbo failure or throttke flap failure.

I used the forte turbo cleaner additive you just add to the tank.
no i didnt get a rolling print out with the remap
So could my turbo be nackerd? Cars only done 60k on a 58 plate turbo sounds ok n doesnt smoke.
