dont think the spoiler would look right, you'd need other body mods if you were gonna carry it off without it lookin daft! Go for the headunit, you can always keep that when you get your next car! :D

If you are looking at exterior styling, how about colour co-ordinating the side (bump) strips and wing mirrors (Red)? Subtle, but effective.

Some people think the standard plastic colour/black actually makes a nice contrast against the body, but looks sleek painted, something that I'm considering soon (and shouldnt break the bank).

EDIT: See that you have lowered your car already. Springs or Coilovers?
If just Springs, with the budget you mention, might even like to consider getting the car slammed properly, on a nice set of Coilovers.

Mine is currently lowered on Eibach springs, but the rear still sits higher than at the front. With adjustable coilovers will be able to drop the car nice and low over both wheels evenly :)

looking at mods for a 1.2?

I have Just got a Cupra TDI and i am very pleased with it, but on my way to getting it i have had a few cars and spend ££££ on them over the years. Save your money mate, thats what i would suggest. If you realy enjoy spending money and changeing your car then i wouldn't spend more then £50 a time.

I have loast so much money on modding my cars and i would have been better saveing it and then putting towards getting somin with some power. I just turnt 21 and if i had been more carefull i could have got the Cupra a long time ago. YOU WILL WANT MORE POWER SOON everyone does :)

hope this helps mate, just don't want peeople to make the same mistake as me
