Will this release be timed nicely for the current Cupra crop (on 2 year PCH) being returned just at the time of a new model release to get those drivers into new vehicles

+1 I've had 3 doors for most cars I've owned and every hot hatch I've had in 3 door. The problem we face is the industry in general are moving away from 3 doors, especially in Leon size cars and even the Ibiza size. Focus, Megane, Civic, i30, A3 all 5 door. I'm sure I read somewhere that the Mk8 Golf will still have a 3 door version, use hope that includes GTI and R for the UK market. What else is there? Do they still make 3 door Astra VXR?

+2 - Only reason I changed my Mk2 was because of the 3 door, guess I'll be keeping the cupra for another while before looking elsewhere.
