I've got a mate with a b5 s4 and he used the original callipers, and got adapters made to extend the calliper out by 20mm for example, then got a 276mm vented rear disc drilled to fit his 5x112 figment and stuck some ds2500's in the calliper. Obviously these figures are an example and you'd need to do some research but its easily done.
