no electrics please help

no wipers,indicators,heater,back window heater etc i checked all fuses anyone help please:

where abouts r the fuses in the engine bay

not sure where in the Toledo but they will be on top or next to the battery

yeah everythin looks ok there any other ideas

use a multimeter across the points to check as they can corrode (or disconnect battery and remove each fuse, clean with a file and replace)
other than that I don't know without a scan with vagcom or other code reader
