No panel flashing on standard HU????

Could anyone help me please I have just brought a 2004 cupra r and the bloke has refitted the standard HU but when i turn it on it flashes "NO PANEL" and turns stright off again!,
Can anyone help me please?

Make sure the anti theift panel is pushed in correctly, as mine ahd done this,

where is the anti theft panel?

Sounds like you never got it with the car.
The panel pushes on the front.
Do you ave a hole on the front where something should be?

IT IS WHER YOU HAVE THE NUMBER BUTTONS 1-6 BETWEEN THE CD SELECTOR BUTTON ON THE TUNER SELECTOR BUTTON SEE LINK BELOW? JUST ADD THE HTTP BIT

yeah I see what has happened, the numbers 1-6 or 'the panel' has a faulty connection, when i put pressure on it and turn stereo on it now sais 'safe' so I need to get the radio code.
