Noisey Fan

Hi peeps,

Recently noticed that when my fans kick in they make a annoying squeeking noise. Any ideas what this may be?

What temperature should the fans kick in at? When mine overheated they didnt kick in unitl about 100'c if not more

Looking at my water temp it never moves from 90. They kick in usually before it starts to creep up, well thats what I am noticing with mine. Oh and when I let the car cool down after a quick run!
