im thinkin bout converting my mk2 cordys nose to mk3, i know i need to change the slampan,bonnet,bumper and wings but is there anything else id need to change?

Headlights, siderepeaters, bonnet catch, wheel arch liners, can't think of the other stuff. I'm doing the conversion at the moment.
will i need to modify the new front-end in any way and will i need to modify my front-end? are all the wiring conectors the same on the mk2 as the mk3?
No the wiring needs to change. Basically you replace the entire front end, and then adapt the wiring with new plugs.
You can't buy adapters, you have to buy all the bits from a dealer ( plugs, wires etc ) then cut your loom and re wire to the new plugs.
As Ian says it's not a cheap mod. If you buy new pattern parts it'll cost £600+paint.
theres a local breaking company that specialise in seat, audi and vw. they have got the entire front end and the plugs pre cut for around £350, i know its not exactly the best way to convert my car, but all the parts come with a 6month warrenty and from rear ended cars.
the conversion isn't starting until the summer as me and a mate are gona do th conversion in 2days including spraying.
