Number plate bulbs not working

Bought bulbs from Fizzmo on eBay. Bought 4 of them. The first two I out in flickered so I changed them for the others and they did too. I'd be shocked if all the bulbs didn't work? Could there be any other reason? Have I bought the wrong ones? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/290709883256

*ATTENTION: Some advanced canbus/bulb error systems may cause the lights to blink, turn off or still give an error on the dash. Such cars require additional load resistors to ensure normal working bulbs, they can be found here (most 2006 onwards VW/Audi/Skoda/Seat/VW group cars may require these, other car brands vary)

I bought a full led unit replacement from eBay mate and they are much better than just led bulb replacements

That's a great product I don't know why people buy bulbs? How do you fit them?

Just unscrew the lens on the 1s on the car then with a flathead screwdriver leaver the old holder out. Once out unplug the old and in with the new. Easy 5minute job

So you dont use the extra boxes and connectors that they show in the ebay picture ?

Just exchange the standard numberplate lights with the supplied ones ?

The extra boxes get connected to the new led ones, like this...

Then the free plug gets plugged into the existing wiring. Sorry if it's confusing its easy to understand once you have the existing one out.

That makes sense.

I am guessing that the extra boxes are just resistors to stop the bulb error light comming on.

I really hope its more than just some resistors... because those must be some bloody big resistors!

Can't think of owt else that would require a heatsink.

Bigger resistors would keep cooler.

Ive bought some once you get them it makes sense, yoy take the full unit out and replace it with these! Really good bulba
