Number plate lamp (mistake)

Ok so was just changing a number plate lamp bulb went to pop the lamp back into the bumper and its fallen into the hole and I assume down into the bumper

Anyone had experience of this and how did you get it back?

I'm hoping it's not a bumper off job

It's the BTCC bumper if it make a difference

I think I remember a thread where someone had found a previous owner with the same issue had hacked on a new lamp rather than get the bumper off to retrieve the one that fell in.

Long story short, Im pretty sure you need the bumper off.

Unless you have unusually small hands and skinny arms I think bumper needs to come off lol.

Thanks chaps, amazingly I managed to spot the loom from under the car and chopped up an old wire coat hanger then managed to fish the little bugger out! Lucky escape really!!!!!

I had that exact same problem over the weekend! piece of welding wire fixed that for me!
