O2 spacer - Toyosprts Downpipe

Hi guys.

Quick question to those who have had experience with a Toyosports 3" downpipe & decat.
I understand a spacer is needed for an O2 sensor to hopefully avoid EML, and is the required spacer a simple M18/1.5mm straight piece or will it need to be an angled one?
The item I'm looking at it this:

Also is there anything in particular to look out for when fitting?
Car is a 2004 Cupra 180 (AUQ)

It goes after where cat is supposed to be. I bought a straight one but mine is only 2.5" so got more room. I should have got angled one but had already ordered it when i found out.

Is M18 the right size to fit?

Yes m18x1.5 pitch. Standard on lambda sensors. Good luck undoing sensors. Mine came off dead easy but some are tighter than a tight mans tight thing!!!!

If you ebay lambda sensor on ebay and don't put a model down and see what threads it says but I'm pretty sure their all a standard thread.

Do these Toyosports decat/downpipes fit and and work well on the LC's then?

The flexi part on my standard cat has worn/split so will need it looked at shortly. Nearly 10 yrs old so cant complain.

I believe they're good yeah

It maybe worth looking into a downpipe / sports cat, I've seen a few on ebay that are for our cars and they're still legal for MOT's etc so you're not faffing about near MOT time swapping them again

If your going down the route of sports cat/downpipe it might be worth getting one custom made.

I'm getting my lcr done in a few weeks and its only £400 after vat..

I think nd means I don't need the spacers if using a sports cat. At least that's how I understood it.
I could be wrong of course, often am
