I used to have the OBD 2 for my mk1 leon Cupra using android system at the time I was unaware if any working with iOS so my question is, is there any OBD bluetooth devices that work with the mk2 leon with iOS?

Yes, DashCommand will work. If you jailbreak your iPhone first.
Without that, it won't work. You're better off spending 15 quid on a wifi adapter which works right away with iPhone.
