oil Temp

Just a quick question, I have just installed the MFA to my MK2 Ibiza tdi 1.9l AHU engine, does anybody have any ideals what sort of oil temp I should be reading? I am using the right temp sender (near the oil filter)

Around 80 degrees I reckon. Mine hovers around the 70 mark but my sender is in the sump where it will generally be a bit cooler. Obviously cold weather will bring temps down, warm weather a bit more, and if ragging it, it can and will (safely) go over 100 degrees.

ok just done my first run, on the back roads when to 94c and then 10 miles of motoway it went to 98 so I guess this is ok?

My tdi 130 runs between 90 degrees and 120 degrees (when on a track) and all well after 94k hard miles

I normally get about 90 after 10 mins of the car being driven normally.
