Oil temperature

In my FR TDI For a journey today and I set the oil temperature on the display to see what it reads on a long drive (50miles). Mines was usually between 85-95 depending on roads and load on engine etc, highest was 101 with a heavy foot on motorway, what does everyone find there's usually runs at ?

Mine regularly runs up around 98-102, seen it peak at 106 and I've seen it as low as 85.

Normally around 90 degrees (same as water temp) but on a long motorway run will reach 100 degrees. Stop/start will not resume until the oil cools down.

Normally around 90degC on mine unless driving hard when it goes up to 100-105

I always wait until it is 90degC before driving hard.

Somehow mine always get's to 98, when i driver harder it's at 105, seen 108 once too.

In my previous car, a golf GTD which has the 184TDI I normally had about 95 to 100 on most journeys when it was up to temp. I saw it upto 110 when driven using high revs. The water temperature never went over 90 in the 2 years I had the car.
