Opinions on this exhaust..and price?

Hey guys..

Looking for a cat back for my Cupra.
Rang Cobra in Sheffield (very good customer service!)
No 'off the shelf' cat back, so it would have to be made...

3'' cat back, non res, remove 2.5'' cat sleeve & fit new 3'' sleeve for new exhaust, made & fitted, £400

As above, but res, £430

What you think? I have to say I think they are good prices! Had a cobra on my LCR & loved the sound of it! Your opinions and thoughts?

Why not just buy a 3" downpipe don't see the point in bodging the OEM

I have a 3'' downpipe and decat..goes down to 2.5'' to fit to OE cat back. Not bodged so then it'll be 3'' TB

Many people using Cobra? (Yes I know BCS, Miltek, etc etc..) Just asking if other people use Cobra

still over priced in my eyes. why is it other decent companys have been quoting me £500-700 with 200 cell sports cat.

the cobra exhaust look good might invest myself with oval tip.

Making this one for me I can choose any of there tail pipes I like as well so technically it's £400 for a fitted 'custom exhaust' as they are building it how I want

I bought a cobra exhaust for my Impreza. It was crap, decat pipe and centre section didnt come together properly and was blowing. What a hassle I had with cobra, constant phone calls and emails with pictures. The replacement decat pipe they sent was just as bad. I'd never buy another exhaust system off them ever.

The owner if Samtech is running one on his impreza and says his is good.
I guess I'll find out when it's arrived and fitted.

Maybe my one was a one off? Who knows. All I know is that they were blaming my mechanic for not fitting it correctly lol.

With my leon I looked into all possible options for an exhaust. I have a bcs system and love it. I cant judge other systems as I have never had them but I have no complaints with bcs or their customer service.
