Original Wheels

Not me, promise, but another driver curbed my car pretty hard and there's a split in the wheel rim. :( It's original to the car, so I'd like to know if this can be repaired, or where I can find a replacement (not new).
Car is Seat Leon 20vt 2001, wheel part number is MO 601 025E (at least I think this is the part no - one of many numbers on the wheel!).

Thanks for help

The 16" multispoke ones?

Look on ebay mate they don't make a lot of money I sold all 4 of mine a few months ago for peanuts.
