OU seems to be oxford by the looks of it and there's not many dealers around there to be honest, all cheltenham ones were done in worcester else because they closed a majority of the registration offices down in 1999

i was told mine was a demonstrator for seat uk before it arrived in my local showroom and that all the demonstrators had a ou51 reg plate.

Oxford is probably the nearest DVLA office to Seat UK HQ in Milton Keynes then i guess

That would make alot of sense, you might as well use the top spec Tolly if you're going to have a demonstrator!
