i told him 2nd is fine because its true

while m0rk told me in the past you should use 4th gear,this is true when i tested it loggin boost however was not the case when i logged maf values, my car produced the same value in 2nd gear as it did in 4th gear..there for there was no need to be doing 110mph down the m4

that said i found boost was less in 2nd than 4th so this only applied to a maf run

Best if people get into good habits when they start logging though, don't you think?
 
yeah when they listen!

but i dunno bout anyone else but i get really edgy when doing logs, especially when im doing it by myself so i have to click start and stop while my foot is too the floor doing crazy speeds.

I only click start and stop when stationary. I leave the mouse over the 'marker' button and click it at a safe speed before a run. It's easy to edit out loads of irrelevant figures to leave just the power runs.
 
ok changed lambda the one b4 the cat from the engine and took it out for a vag-com check im getting 156gs maf reading now no fault codes at all so fingers crossed all is running well
