Oversteer

I'm thinking of upgrading the STD wheels that you get with the 2.0 TDI stylance but I read on the fifth gear review to stick with smaller tyres (16"& below?) as 18" cause oversteer Any thoughts on this matter

Im running 18's and don't have any problems.

We’ve got 18s on our Leon and I’ve never considered it to be oversteery (if that’s a word) at all. And anyway the ESP does a really good job of sorting it out if you do push it far to hard.

I've always considered a little bit of oversteer (after initial understeer naturally) to be the optimum for a stiff well setup front wheel drive car.
