OZ Superleggeras

Hi ive just bought a set of OZ Superleggera's and ive searched the net but cant find actually how much they would cost new just wondering, ive seen a few people on here with them and they look great. My car is black but im just wondering what colour i should have them, Ive seen them in silver on a black car but ive been playing with photoshop and done them in anthracite for a stealth look but unsure, going to get them refurbed and a new set of tyres on them,

various prices but for a set of 17s with some decent rubber your looking at about 700quid new

however most places seem to be phasing out the superL as its been replaced by the ultraL

So £110 for wheels which need 4 new tyres at a cost of £130 from work is pretty cheap then?

well that depends, do they need a refurb or you just want a colour change?

i bought mine used for 300ish with practically new rubber and 3 of the 4 wheels mint, although i had to buy new fitting kit from oz which cost 25quid

mind you 130quid for tyres if they are decent is a bargain alone

No the wheels are in good condition few light marks but ok, The tyres are 130 for just budget ones but should be able to get decent ones for bout 200. Still unsure on what colour to go for tho, what you think,

couple have marks around the edge but i was planning on gettin then repainted so isnt an issue anyways.

anthra would look class, i always wanted the original anthra superls but they are well rare!

but the number of black cupras with the silver or crystal finish shows that they looks great too

Yup i have them on my black Cupra. Prefer the silver look against the black but if i had another other coloured cupra i'd have gone for the anthracite colour.

Bought mine for £450 brand new with tyres - Toyo Proxes T1-R's.

Still prefer them over the ultraleggera at the moment, but i wouldn't say no to a set.

Well picked my wheels up yesterday, there in good condition few scuff marks on the spokes and scraps on the outer edges but in overall good condition, popped into work today to give them a good clean up and remove the knackered tyres, however i only need to buy 2 tyres where as i thought i needed 4 as they are on 3,4,3mm and 4,5,4mm which is a bonus. Will get two tyres tomorrow and put them on, will also get some pics up. They need some new centre caps tho and im just debating either oz or seat badges, which ones do you think:

Ooo, didn't realise you could get55mm SEAT logos. Mine Superleggeras currently have silver centre caps, but looked a bit worn so I'm going to replace them in the winter when i refurb my wheels. Might look into the SEAT ones now
