P sign on indicator stalk

As title, what the hell does this do?

I have looked through the manual and come up with nothing.

Its a capital P with 3 lines comeing from it like its flashing.

Any ideas?

Think that will be it mate, car should also make the same sound when you open the door like you had left your headlight switch on.

That will be why I couldn't get it to do anything when I was sitting on the drive with the car idling.
