P0201 injector 1

hi can someone help me please! I have a seat Ibiza pd100 sport that is now 200bhp running PD150 injectors, its been great until yesterday it started running really lumpy and had a engine management light come on, I plugged it in and the code shown is ( P0201 ) injector 1 circuit malfunction ? anyone had this problem before or could someone point me in the right direction to fix it any help would be great!

I'd say the injector and or wiring loom is to blame.
