Was washing and waxing my car the other day and a few areas of paint work feel matt and dull. I use turtle wax hard shell wax and it alwasy makes the paint feel incredabily shiny and smooth.
However, in a few areas, specfically on the back bumper above the exhaust but below the boot lid and also just below the rear window on the passenger side it has a matt texture even after washing and waxing it.
The paint work still looks shiny and there is no difference in sight from any other areas, just purely the feel of it. Shall i T-cut the area with metallic paint restorer or is there any product that may solve this problem?
Is there perhaps a reason for why it is like this?
cheers for any help!
