Parcelshelf hanger pin

I had one of the plastic pins that the parcelshelf hangs from somehow pop out of the bootlining. Was a proper struggle getting it back in, so just thought i'd make a post in case anyone has a similar issue in future.

When you look at the pin it doesn't even look possible it will go in the hole, even tried using a hammer to tap it in, but in the end i had to use a plastic jawed clamp to press it back in, and it still required a crazy amount of pressure.

I know what you're saying. My old Cupra had one pop out & for the life of me, I couldn't get it dead straight to tap in, without the risk of splaying it out further that is. I can't remember if I succeeded, may have even left it out.

Yeah I had exactly the same issues mate. Mine had been out for a couple of weeks, but I had a day off work today so decided it was going back in one way or the other haha.
