Hi All,

I have a 2006 Leon 1.6 with factory fitted rear parking sensors.
They stopped working a while back, however, if I put it into reverse I can still hear them pulse when listening to the car at the back.

I remember the buzzer sounded strange before it stopped and as such have now bought a new buzzer.

For the life of me I cannot find its location.
Tonight I have taken the left hand side covering of the boot area off and found the control box but no buzzer.

I have spent ages looking but cannot find it.

Can anyone help please.

Hi There,

Thanks for the help.
Took a while but to help people, it is located behind the trim that covers the C pillar on the left hand side of the car rear.

Happy to report that after placing the buzzer, I now have fully functioning rear parking sensors

:)

Cheers
