Parking sensors issue.

Hi guys,
I am new to this site and hoping somebody can help me. I have just bought a mk3 2013 seat leon fr 5 door and my front parking sensors are not working at all, wondering if anyone has had similar issue and could point me in the right direction. When I push the park assist button the front sensors just show a red triangle with an explanation mark. I have attached a photo.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Check that the loom is plugged in. The bumper may have been take off previously, and they forgot to plug them back in.
I had something similar when I had a Focus with keyless and noticed it never picked up when I was at the rear of the car. Turned out the bumper had been off and they didn't route the cable properly when putting it back on and it wouldn't reach the keyless module. So they left it unplugged!
