Passenger door lock module/actuator

Hi do anyone know if its an easy job to change the passenger door lock module/actuator on a lcr. My door lock is playing up and its driving me mad. Is there a how to guide or can some one please explain how its done? Dont want to try and take the door card off its going to be a pain to do. Will just get my local garage to do it if its a fiddly job. Any advice will be appreciated.

Not an easy job, just did one on a friends leon
Take the door card off (guide on resealing will show you how) once off you will have the metal plate housing the motor, etc.
If you look there are 2 removable inspection panels, slowly take the window down and you will see 2 M6 (10mm) bolts holing the glass to the regulator, remove these and you can take the glass out.
Then remove all the bolts holding the metal plate to the door and drop the regulator out of the door.
You can then see the mech, unplug the electrical connector and the unhook the wire that goes to the outer handle
On the door shut there are 2 bolts (spline drive/12 point) holding the mech in
Easier to do if you have another set of hands to help
