Hi. Someone recently threw up on my Passenger door...from the inside :D and it killed the electric window switch. It lights up and if I play with it for long enough it even makes the window go up tiny bit but other than that it's dead. So I bought a new one and went to replace it. But I can't get the plastic piece you see on the picture out. Feels like it's glued in place. I don't want to break it or the clips that hold IT in place. So my question is, do I need to pull on it harder or try a different place ?

Pull it from the corner it should pull free with the help of a trim tool like the one your using. I’d suggest pulling it from the side facing the dash board so if you mark the plastic you won’t be able to see it.
