Passenger inside door handle problems

Hi all,
the my passenger inside door handle surround has come away from the door card due to a coupla broken clips from what i can see from the surface. any ideas that if i was to get a new surround inc tweeter that i could fit it without removing the door card or is a full removal the only option??

i think i know the answer to this but i thought id check to see if anyone had had a similar problem, and to see how they went about it.

any replies more than welcome.
