Passenger Wing Mirror !!!!

came out a pub the other night to find my wingmirror demolished ! the mirror was smashed and the back was nowere to be seen, the whole unit is lose but the mechanism still works some little i think !

got a quote off Seat for £260 !!!!!! does anyone know a way i could get the parts cheaper ! im devostated !

£260 for what? the repair and replacement unit?

I bought a replacement back cover in black from a Seat hidsons (followed the link on the advert here) for a £10+vat. Bought a replacement mirror for my citron van and that was about £40.

£260 for the full wingmirror, housing, glass and back cover

BUT its just a little bit wobbly and the mechanics still all work, been looking on ebay and can get the glass for £6 ish so i think i might just take that route

i personally think the stealers are having my eyes out !

I'm embarrassed to admit I accidentally knocked off a wing mirror (on a gatepost!) on my second car, many years ago now. It had motorised, heated wing mirrors the same as the Leon... cost a fortune to replace ISTR.

the garage i bought my car from did my wingmirror, all new tyres and sill guards for FREE !

because they didnt check the car when they claimed to have !
