If this is a standard map, then it shouldn't be a problem.

The map on the Ibiza is smoother, alot smoother...

What do you want to achieve? N75 can only really be modified with some data logs

Example, can I use n75 map from skoda? From audi? From vw? Or should I stay with this?

If the engine is standard, then there is no reason to change them.

Run some logs of Group 11 and see if the car is overboosting. This will give you a better indication of the Turbo's behaviour.

4th gear from 1500rpm to redline will give you the best data to work from.

Not always.

Overboost can be caused by sticky VNT mechanism or faulty actuators too.

Turbo may react differently, however the different will be minimal. As long as you run boost logs to ensure it's not overboosting then you should be fine.
