pd150 pd160 difference

does anyone know what the difference is between a Leon pd150 engine and an Ibiza pd160 engine ?

i guess its in the engine map

same engine, different map and air intake system is probably what makes the difference. But I think they are altered by Seat Sport so may have a few different internals.

Some PD150's had twin SMIC, thers had an FMIC.

Think its mapping - turbo is same iirc

The MAF on the PD150 is bigger, the 160 has the same one as the 130.

OK so there is a real difference then,

On all the other UK rollers, the 150 and 160 both make about 175bhp.

Allow anything from 5 - 10 bhp more than VW/Audi etc quote.

Seen two Ibiza Cupra PD160's get 170.1 bhp on rollers
